Replacement will be processed only if:
If the Product is DOA ( Dead On Arrival)
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; Please Take the Unboxing Video for the same from the Original packing at the time of delivery
The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
All Pre-Builts will be tested and benchmarked before shipping. Hences chances of DOA (Dead On Arrival) are extremely low.
Returns and Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only if the device does not work as expected or is facing issues even after replacement.
- Returns without any cause or due to user induced damage will not be entertained.
- Any kind of user induced damage may void Manufacturer warranty. Check warranty terms and conditions of each product for better understanding. We ship only under factory settings and Unbox Paradigm will not be responsible for any kind of damage caused by Overclocking or Undervolting.
